Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on destination and product weight.

Tracking numbers are provided as soon as the order is shipped.

Please allow 1–4 days for the tracking info to update in the system.

If the customer enters an incorrect address, we are not responsible for lost packages.

If the package is returned, the customer must pay for reshipment.

If a package is delayed or lost due to the shipping carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim.

We do not issue refunds for delays caused by the carrier.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
