Incorrect Address

 


If the customer enters an incorrect address, we are not responsible for lost packages.

If the package is returned, the customer must pay for reshipment.

 


 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 


If a package is delayed or lost due to the shipping carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
